My phone back screen went black and I couldn’t close my apps. I turned it off and now it won’t turn on even though I have it plugged in to charge
Try pressing and holding the power button. If that doesn’t work, the phone might’ve taken some damage. Visit a nearby Samsung store or phone mechanic store. They’ll know what to do.
My Samsung J5 will just randomly switch off, even if it’s fully charged. The only way I can get my phone back on is when I plug my charger in . Taking out the battery doesn’t help. What could be wrong please help.
Last night my phone just turn of by himself although it had 17% of battery. I try to turn it on but nothing, then i put it to charge for a while and i starts from 0%. When it comes to 5-6% i try to turn it back on and it started to boot and then rebooted and from that moment i can’t do anything. I try to hold down the power button with volume down and nothing. I also try to hold both volume buttons and power button but still nothing. Now when i connect it to charger it shows white circle with thunder icon and it stays for couple of minutes and then it disappear and the phone doesn’t charge at all. Can it be battery or micro-USB port is broken? I also try to clean port with toothpick and nothing. Pls help because i don’t what else i can do.
