My son has an 8gb ipod touch and it will not turn on. Tried to charge unit but still will not turn on, please advise
Unless there are any other issues with it i.e.water damage, dropped etc. I would start with a new battery and charge it on a charger other than the USB port of a computer. This may only be a start but let us know what happened. I had similar issues with the older iPods that would not do anything due to a bad battery. Of course make sure that your charger is okay and that it is truly charging. Seen that one too :) Good luck
