HI I have a 2011 21.5 iMac and it will not turn on. the Apple store is saying that it is the logic board as they replaced the power supply and it still did not work. how much is the repair cost to have a logic board replaced in the machine
First call Apple corporate and ask the cost for a “Flat Rate Repair”. Next let see if we can diagnose your machine. Please give us the last four figures of your serial number located on the bottom of the stand. Then we need to take a look at the diagnostic LEDs and see what they tell us. Was the Apple Store a real Apple store or an ASP? What did they charge you?
