Will not turn on after charging
There’s not enough information here. Is this the first time you used the watch? Does it still have warranty? Was it swam with before this happened?
Hi I’ve got a similar issue, I left the Fitbit off for two months and when I went to charge it back up it come up with a Fitbit logo and 001. I’ve done a bit of research and I think this is a battery issue? Have you any ideas, any help would be appreciated. It is literally 6 weeks out of warranty and Fitbit just want to sell me a new one.
