My samsung a6 tablet is stuck on a blue screen and will not power off, it’s a smt280
I would try restarting the tablet by holding down button combinations. Have you tried holding down the volume down and power button at the same time for approximately 10-30 seconds to restart the tablet? Or possibly volume up and power button? Or tried any other button combinations? I also often try holding down the volume up, volume down and power button at the same time for approximately 30 seconds. This method works great on numerous tablets and phones especially when a tablets won’t turn on and seems dead but may not hurt to try in your case if all else fails. I would suspect a software issue if this just occurred without dropping, exposing the tablet to liquids, or any other type of physical damage. If the tablet did experience some water damage, drop or something similar it could be an issue with the LCD or motherboard. But since there was no mention of damage I highly suggest trying to restart the tablet by performing the button combinations I’ve mentioned.
