I install cd, I hear it trying to run, then ejects cd
Keep in mind this could also be a bad disk, try anther one first. If that fails, here is a guide to replace the drive and here (note that is not an iFixit Part, because they were out of stock) is the part. Good luck, and I hope that helps out.
