was turned off during update. now will not power on.just black screen.
I have one of these 2 in 1 tablets. I hope you have it working by now but if not, you can try what I’ve done to get mine to turn on. I did read that some people who purchase these had trouble turning them on. I too have this issue but I hold down the power button and count to four in my head release it and then repeat that until it powers up. It’s not “fun” to do, but it gets mine to work.
