My Hk Auora will not power off. It also won’t connect to Bluetooth. It’s like it’s stuck. I’ve tried to unplug and press power and Bluetooth simultaneously…no resolution. Help
Hi Have you tried opening it up and unplugging the battery? Doing this usually helps iron out any issue like the ones you are having If you don’t want to open it up you could leave it on and wait for the battery’s to discharge/die I would also try removing it from the device that it’s connected to and reconnect or try a different device altogether Hopefully this helps If this doesn’t help please let me know Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
