Chosen Solution
I have tried to reset it with the buttons as there is no reset pin hole, it will not reset, just keeps going to connecting to my world and stops. What else can I do ? My daughter is very upset she can not use it. Please help ASAP, Thanks Virginia Jennings
Try holding volume up and pressing the power button at the same time for about 15 seconds. If that doesn’t work try holding volume down and the power button for 15 seconds. One of these combinations will force the tablet to turn off. Hopefully it will turn back on normally.
