I have a life one x that will fully charge when powered off but will not charge while powered on. The red LED does not light. It does have a cracked glass but other than that everything works except charging while powered on. I currently do not have a simm in the phone, does that matter? How can I fix it?
have you tried swapping usb cable and charger. if still not charging issue may be with connector or motherboard itself.
