Chosen Solution
Hi all, hoping to get some solid advice here… Ok so I have gone through trying SMC reset, different power supply (which all work on another MBA), changed I/O board… and still this little gem doesn’t want to do anything for me. I did not spill anything on it, it simply just started having trouble charging when connecting power supply and then one day it stopped and hasn’t come back since.
I have a list of possible issues. Keep in mind, I am not a macbook repair expert, but have compiled this list from other similar issues. -Dead Battery -Short to Ground in one of the cables -Malfunctioning Keyboard/Trackpad/WebCam causing a short -The fact that its a mac :(
