There is power, the screen lights up but that is it. Will not boot up

Have you gone into the bios and checked that secure boot is disabled. Restart machine Press F2 Then select boot menu Next set Secure boot set to disabled Next Os mode selection to uefi and csm os Then select exit And Exit saving changes. Regards Robert Fernando
