My iPhone got broken (cracked screen and locked. The latter due from too many passcode tries) Well the question is about the photos, I have currently 5Gb synced to iCloud of a total of 15Gb on the iPhone 6s. If I choose to upgrade my storage plan to say 50Gb (from another device, iPhone 6), will the remaining 10Gb of photos from the 6s be uploaded to the cloud despite being locked so I can access them on the iPhone 6?
unfortunately backups only run once the phone is unlocked on the wifi network. you will need access to the phones data, which is locked until the passcode is entered. there are stores that have the screen in stock, and can temporarily put a screen on to you device, and run the backup for a labour cost. this will cost less than the screen replacement itself, however, i would suggest getting the screen replaced, and selling the device after doing so. this will get your data back, and make you money
