Will face recognition work after a screen replacement? I was thinking of mixing a broken iPhone 11, but after researching I was unsure if replacement of a screen stops the face recognition ability of the phone. Thanks in Advance.
With the Face ID on iPhones, the front speaker flex cable is linked to the logic board so as long as you transfer this part over you shouldn’t have an issue. By taking the flex off I would recommend a fair amount of heat and it can also help to use Isopropyl alcohol to soften the adhesive and take it slowly if it is your first time.
