Will Crack In Screen Get Worse If I Remove Screen To Replace Battery Iphone 7 Plus

There are 2 hairline cracks in the screen glass of this iPhone 7 plus. The screen works fine, but the battery needs replacing. Will the cracks get worse if I pry open the screen to replace the battery?

Depends how gentle you are with the screen, most of the times you can remove the screen without see any extra damage, sometimes the crack just go a little bigger that you can not see it, and if you are not using the right tool and forcing too much , you can damage the glass and even damage the LCD Screen.
