Will apple be able to replace my keyboard for free even though i broke the two bottom clips on my control key trying to put it back in? The number 2 key also has a one clip on the bottom left side of the key cap trying to put it back in. Will they replace it for free? I chatted with apple support and all i said was is that the keys are about almost to fall off and get stuck while typing.
Don’t over volunteer to much info on what you did if you attempted to take it off. Best to say a piece of paper caught the edge of the key and all you tried was putting it back on.
