I have a Mid-2010 MacBook Pro 17 with an anti-glar screen; will the early 2011 MacBook Pro 17 Anti-glare screen work as a replacement?

Unfortunately, no. The display cable itself and the connectors are different therefore preventing a 2011 display from being put in a 2010 MBP.
