I purchased a iCloud locked phone and did a logic board replacement which was bought from a British seller on eBay I come to find that the motherboard is a American made version and I’m aware that the EU and American logic boards are slightly different, but as I was saying I did the repair which was successful but the phone said unable to activate Touch ID and the phone randomly resets randomly, could it not be compatible with EU parts?

The display is the same. Did you purchase only the logic board alone? The TouchID functionality of the home button is paired to the motherboard, so if you change the board without also swapping the home button, you will get the error about being unable to activate TouchID. If you do have the original home button corresponding with the new board and have installed it into your screen, then either the home button flex was damaged somehow or the display flex was. If the former, that would require microsoldering to fix, and if the latter you would just need a new display. Onto the rebooting issue. Is the rebooting random, or does it reboot after a consistent length of time? Please go into display & brightness settings and turn off auto-lock, and leave the phone screen on, unlocked for a few minutes. If it reboots after around 3 minutes, please check the panic logs for more information. These can be found under Privacy -> Analytics & Improvements -> Analytics Data. If you see any file in there called “panic-full-xxx.ips” please share the contents of that file here (you can edit the question) to further troubleshoot. There are a number of sensors in the SE 2020 that communicate with the CPU, and if one of them is damaged or faulty in some way, then the phone will reboot every 2m50s.
