Chosen Solution
I dropped my already cracked iPhone X in water, I then proceeded to dry it out and turn it on again. Everything worked perfectly for about 5 minutes until lines flashed across the screen and it turned itself off. I then restarted the phone and again it worked for a little while then the same thing happened. Is this a problem that could be fixed with a screen replacement or is it worse than that?
With a water damage phone you would not do what you did By doing what you did you more then likely would cause more issues The first step is NOT to power it up Disconnect the battery ASP Examine the phone and logic board for s/c and corression carry out the above 3 steps and let us know what you found
