I was wondering if a early 2013 display replacement will fit a mid 2014 since I got one for a really good price
No, They are not interchangeable. for 13": 2012 and early 2013 (a1425) are interchangeable late 2013 and 2014 (a1502) are interchangeable none of them can be used in the 2015 for 15" 2012 - 2014 LCD-panel are interchangeable - for complete display only 2012/early 2013 and late 2013/2014 are interchangeable as webcam connector is different 2015 different
Hey guys, hopefully you all are good!! I just wanted to ask for your professional opinion since I have a MBP mid 12 retina 15” A1398 that has CPU /GPU ISSUES and I was hoping I could maybe to buy a newer model in ebay so I can swap out the SSD and screen as my 2012’s screen is in really good condition and that way I would save some money. I don’t mind sacrificing the isight but the brightness control it is necessary for me. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!!
So if I take only LCD from 2012 it will fit into 2014 ? I know that flex cabel is good but that small concetor I dont know if it is backlight or what Will be that also correct ?
