My 27” screen on my late 2012 iMac somehow broke. Will a 27” screen from a 2011 iMac or even a 2010 iMac work on my late 2012 iMac?
Sorry no, Apple made a major design change with the 2012 iMac models. The 2011 model uses magnets to hold a cover glass and then behind it is the LCD panel assembly. The 2012 uses a combined cover glass LCD panel unitized and then its glued to the case.
