My iPhone 6s has a cracked screen at the bottom, the screen is working fine. I have an iPhone 6 I don’t use which has battery issues. Will the 3D Touch on my 6s still work if I use the iPhone 6 screen as a replacement on it?

No. The 3d touch controller is integrated into the 6s screen. Using a 6 screen will not have 3d touch and I’m sure it won’t work.
