As I understand, the iPhone 7 has a few wifi parts. I need help figuring out which part needs replacement. My phone stays connected to wifi and the wifi symbol doesn’t disappear but ping test shows that it has packet loss and during FaceTime calls it will automatically connect to 4G and then back to wifi all the time. Is the diversity antenna faulty in this situation? Thanks.
well that phone you have is the defective model recalled by apple for the no signal issue. I believe it has to under 3 years old and they will fix it for free for you. Have you tried contacting them yet?
