Hi I got a iPhone 6s from customer, this iPhone has bad WiFi, WiFi cant turn on, i think this is board problem because i replace with wifi antena but no luck, and a funny error:
- If screen turn off, iPhone will dead, need HOME+POwer to back to life.
- If i keep screen never lock, this iPhone will work until zero percent of battery Please help to slove both error. Thanks
If a WiFi antenna doesn’t resolve your WiFi issue then I would certainly place the blame with the Logic board as you said. As far as the other problems go, that is very interesting and I’ve never seen an issue quite like that. To me it sounds like, since you’re also having issues with the WiFi on the logic board, that replacing the Logic board would be the best bet to getting a fix. The only other thing I could think would be an issue with the battery, if you have a spare battery to test it with that might help, otherwise I would say the phone has a bad Logic board.
Did you try a complete reset, using iTunes “restaure the iPhone” ?
The common problem with 6S wifi module. After someone drop the phone WiFi became gray. You can resolder the WF chip and if this is do not help you can not replace WF module from another phone. even when you install brand new 100% working WF module to the board that was having gray WF problem you never make it work. The reason , because WF module and NAND come toghether, to make WF work you need to remove NAND and reprogramm. For now its impossible soon there is no software to do it with iphone 6S NAND yet
