My daughter’s Mac is just 6 years old; the IT dept. at her school has diagnosed that there is a wifi hardware failure; go buy a new computer. I don’t know the internal architecture of the machine but is the wifi adapter something that can be replaced/repaired? She’s taken reasonably good care of it, otherwise it’s fine and holds all her school work, revisions, exam prep. So, can anyone tell me, if it can be fixed? Thanks in advance.
