My grandpa has a hp laptop and he is connected to his new wifi. He tries to open his browser and there is a connection issue. I tried command prompts. I need a quick answer Update Got the internet working. Grandpa just got a network cable. Doesn’t matter cause he uses laptop on a desk anyways. Thanks for the answers
Try updating the drivers. You will need to download them from a separate computer then load them on with a flash drive. There are plenty of tutorials online if you need help updating them.
