Hi, i recently updated my ipad air to ios 9.1 i think and now i have a greyed out wifi button and no bluetooth, i have find my iphone turned on so i cant restore it because it needs a wifi signal to turn off find my iphone, any ideas??

I gave same problems, please help me, I have an iPad Air 2 on iOS 9.3.5

I have a iPad Air 2 and same thing happened. I went into the genius bar and they refused to replace or fix the issue because it was out of warranty. They also suggested me to trade-in the iPad for a new one plus pay a couple hundred bucks! ( wtf? ) My iPad Air 2 64gb worked flawlessly before the updating to 9.3.5.

I believe you can turn off ‘find my iphone’ directly through the ipad: settings –> icloud –> near the bottom it’ll be a slider to turn on or off find my iphone. Or at least that’s the way it is in my iphone 5c

You need a wifi or data access to turn off ‘find my iPhone ’ and because it’s a wifi only iPad and the Bluetooth doesn’t work either, I put it into dfu mode and restored it that way. It seems to a hardware issue because even after the restore its the same..

Because it happened during an update i convinced apple to replace the ipad.. even though it was out of warranty.

wifi and bluetooth buttons are inactive. not working after upgradation ios software. Please say how to rectify my issue on ipad
