Hi could someone point out in my picture where the wifi bluetooth chip is as i have tried everything to get wifi and bluetooth to turn on and now thinking or replacing the chips. I guess they would be on the main board somewhere any ideas?
I see no picture posted in your question. Bluetooth is turned off when Mobile Hotspot is active so first make sure it is off. Reboot and do a diagnostic check. Go to settings, help and download the user manual.
i have done factory resets, clearing of cache and removing battery! i believe its the wifi bluetooth chip at fault..
