Wifi Bluetooth Does Not Work Iphone 6 Plus

I have an Iphone 6 plus. When I go to the wifi/bluetooth settings it just continuosly searches for networks or devices. Things I have tried. Resetting the network settingsAirplane mode and RebootHard resetUpdate to the most current IOSFactory ResetReplaced the 5ghz Wifi antennaReplaced the Wifi/Bluetooth antenna

possibly needs the baseband ic repaired
