Well here is the gist, I haven’t been able to turn on either the WiFi or the Bluetooth function on my G2. When I do try to turn them on, the icon shows its in the process of being turned on, but that’s it. It returns to the off position in a minute. This has been going on for about a week now, during which I’ve tried repeatedly to fix the problem (assuming it was a software issue) through LG PC Suite (by using the restore upgrade error option) and recently just doing a factory reset, but neither of the two worked. My last option would be to send it to the repair shop (still under warranty, but it’ll be time consuming, up to a month) So I really hope someone can help me out here on a possible fix. FYI: I’ve dropped the phone numerous times, no scratches whatsoever, and the screen is perfect. But could the drops have damaged just the WiFi and Bluetooth function? Thanks a bunch Update: I’ve just received my phone back from the shop (after a grueling 7 week wait…sigh) anyhow according to the guys at the store the problem is apparently due to a hardware issue instead of a software error after upgrading to kit kat (4.22). Though he didn’t actually specify what exactly was wrong, so not much of a help, sorry.
Do’t worry, here is solution. Update (05/02/2016) I had been same issue, I had tried saveral possible solutions, for some hour problem had been disappeared. When same issue again appeared then I visted hardware repearing shops more then six, I described the issue 5 out of 6 diagnosed that it is probem of an IC programmed for Wi-Fi & Bluetooth as a single chip after replacing it this issue can be resolved. When a agreed he opened my set in front of me then removed an IC & replaced an other in front of me with in 40 minutes for 1000 PK RS. about $ 10. After reassembling it was ok, a month has been passed. I have not faced issue again battery works as normal, no heating, WiFi Bluetooth works properly with same proficiency. So go to a good repare shop asked for Wi-Fi IC chip replacement asked charges if u satisfied then give for replacement. Its only solution. It will work
mine was stuck as well, but i found that it was due to an app locker . once it was turned off everything went back to normal
here the answer of your problem: It’s only because of application software, not because of hardware problem!!! this problem happen because the setting in your antivirus/protection application software. It can be because the antivirus application is still unstable. You may check to setting at antivirus application (here is ““McAfee Security”), go to wi-fi security setting, turn it off. Then you may exit the antivirus application. Try again to turn on your wi-fi. Then your wi-fi get normal again……thanks God…. Regards, Genius Man
Remove the motherboard and heat with a hair dryer(heat reflow trick) Worked for mine.

I would say try to to do the factory reset that might help!
Probably I have solved the issue disabling the “Web protection” in my Avast antivirus app. Current settings in Advanced Wifi section are: Keep active during sleep: yes - Allow Wifi scanning: yes - Notify open Wifi networks: No
Hi, I have the same problem on my LG G Flex. I found that if you clear the cache partition which you go to options>general>storage>cached items>click on it>hit yes>hold power button until phone restarts or hold power for three seconds and select the option to power off and restart. Fixed for me everytime
