Chosen Solution
Hello everyone, For a few days now, i can’t activate le wi-fi on my BlackBerry Priv. When I go in the option to activate the wi-fi, it keeps loading and it show no wi-fi in the list. After a few research, i’ve discover that the MAC address for the Wi-fi is stuck at 02:00:00:00:00:00. Here is a liste of what i’ve tried to solve the problem (with no sucess): 1- Reboot the phone a few (lots of) time 2- Pull the sim card out, no wi-fi 3- Replace the sim card 4- Let the battery drain until the phone shut-off and charging it again Hope someone will be able to help me , cause i kind of like this phone :(
Hi Stephane, Can I ask if the phone was purchased second hand? Also, is the phone Rooted? If so I would recommend wiping the phone fully, if that doesn’t work is flash the firmware back onto the device. It seems that the MacAdress is either Spoofed on a software level or someone has tampered with the phone’s root files… Thanks! Ben
