Hi, My screen keeps turning off while im using it. When I press the keypad it comes back on but then turns off a couple of seconds later. How do i fix this?
Usually it is a virus that causes this problem. Seen it happen before on a Windows 8 laptop. You’ll need to use anti-virus software like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Superantispyware to remove those viruses. Does it only happen when touching the trackpad? See if it happens when touching the keyboard only.
Might sound a little stupid, but did you set your “turn off display” setting to Never in the Power Options section (specifically “Choose when to turn off the display” setting)? Hope this helps.
