Chosen Solution
I use my tablet a lot so I keep it on charge but around 7 or 8 it goes ded even on the power charge . I only had it for about2 weeks. Ive tryed three different chargers and at random if I dont keep checking the battery or some time if I turn the tablet off when i turn it back on the battery has died and its still on charge.
Hello, Probably a dead connection ( or cable) between the battery and the motherboard, if you have warranty go back to the store.. Sounds like a dead connection , bad battery or bad circuit. ( short circuit..) Kind regards, kevin
