Why Wont The Screen Show When It S Plugged Into The Tv Nintendo Entertainment System

I connected my nes to the tv with the yellow one in the green port and red in the red port and it still wont show on the tv. (P.S The light isn’t blinking)

Make sure it is on the right HDMI to turn this one is wired make sure you turned it on.
