My VCR powers on but Tape wont stay in after 5 seconds it ejects
There are a number of safety triggers inside that can cause this. If the tape doesn’t load properly for example, there are optical sensors that can detect this and will result in the tape being ejected. The reasoning for this is to save the tapes from damage.
