Chosen Solution
Unless I plug in my headphones I can not hear any type of media sound like my music, YouTube, or games. I can hear notifications and what not and when I go into settings and volume, you know how you can hear an example of how loud it is? I can hear anything for media.
I have the same problem after I dropped a small distance about 6 inches. I use the app sound about to override the headphone jack
