Why Wont My Phone Turn On From The Blu Power On Screen Blu L120

My phone didnt start messing up like this until yesterday, my phone will not power on completely, it will power on to the blu screen but thats about it, i need help fixing it please! also let me add that my phone is cracked.

1.) PERFORM SOFT RESET ON GALAXY . 2.) LET GALAXY S4 CHARGE FOR 10 MINUTES 3.)BOOT GALAXY S4 IN SAFE MODE 4.) BOOT GALAXY S4 IN RECOVERY MODE Hope this works!
