i dropped while making a tiktok and it fell on its face. i went to go get it and the scrren was a dark blue and it will not turn on. ive tred to press the home and the power buttton at the same time but will still not turn on. can anyone help me
I think the best answer here is to visit an Apple Store. Given the fact all Apple Stores are closed due to the virus you’ll need to wait until they open. Sorry
Apple may be taking things in for depot repair. Give them a call at 1-800-MYAPPLE and ask about a “Depot Repair”
