My phone wont seem to catch a charge. I have had it in a case since i bought it and have not damaged the phone on anyway. Why wont my phone charge and turn on? I have not even had it 6 months yet.
If you still have a warranty on it, i would get a new phone. If not you might have a faulty battery or a broken charge port.
