It won’t start up but a round circle keeps blinking at the bottom of phone?
hi I need more info to get a better picture: [] was the battery drained? (not charged for a while, left with apps open while low on battery etc) [] When you charge it, does the LCD light up and show the battery charging? if not, wait for a few mins. (if it doesnt, confirm that the charger works with other devices to rule out charger issue) [] was the device dropped, watered or something? [] could you check if the battery is bloated? Let me know what you find. Thanks
My grandson Landon, pushed the power button and the circle at the same time and it came on. You might try that.
