Chosen Solution
I dropped my phone and the back glass shattered. Afterwards the phone worked fine but at first it would only charge wirelessly. The next day it began charging with the cord again but it wont vibrate. I have replaced the back glass and vibrator motor but it still wont vibrate. I have tried making it vibrate in Safe mode but that doesn’t work either. Any suggestions
