I do not have a wall block toplug my charging cord into so can i use a power bank that produces an output of 5v/3.4A total. Or can i use another laptop to charge my laptop? and if not why wont my lenovo charge and how do i get it to?
No. The laptop requires a higher voltage. Your 5v output will certainly not work. Try to get a new mains adapter for your device.
