I dropped my iPad a while back and replaced the digitizer. After replacing the screen my WiFi had gotten worse(wouldn’t work far from router) and the screen was ‘ghost typing." I replaced the WiFi antenna but the problems persisted. It was actually worse because my iPad no longer charged so I bought a replacement charging port and again it still wouldn’t charge. I have tried a soft reset also with the charger inI have tried connecting to a computer but it isn’t recognized.

Where were the parts for the ipad from? You could have gotten parts that were faulty.

You have a few problems, one you need to reseat your digitizer connectors, if you are still getting ghost touching then replace your digitizer. You could have replaced the Wi-Fi antenna with a bad one, try another one, if you are still having Wi-Fi issues then replace your Wi-Fi module. If the iPad is not charging or read by iTunes then you need to make sure the new dock connector is seated correctly.
