I have the auto rotate turned on and everything, I have no idea why it won’t turn when I tilt my tablet.. Ive turned on auto rotate in accessibility so im not sure what else to try.
Have you tried doing a factory reset to attempt fixing the rotation issue? If after doing a factory reset you’re still having the rotation issue, it might be a hardware problem in which case you’d have to get it repaired. If it’s still under warranty from the time you purchased it you can send it in for servicing.
The same thing happened to me, go to settings, accessibility, then check the auto rotate box, mine was on but when I turned it off it fixed it, though note when I turned it back on it won’t flip on its own any more.
1.From a Home screen, tap the Apps icon . Located at the bottom (in portrait) or at the right (in landscape). 2.From the Apps tab, select Settings. 3.Tap Accessibility. 4.Tap Auto-rotate screen. To choose this option, select the box and a blue check mark appears.
On Google Play there is an app called “rotation control" that will allow you to change rotation because my digiland 10 inch stopped rotating over six months ago - it works!!
