I factory reset the system yesterday now the controller wont pair during the intial set up or in safe mode it just blinks white I have pressed the reset on the controller I have tried the share and playstation button and a hard reset on the system I have also tried different usb cables in both ports it will charge my phone but not pair the controller.
There are two main reasons you might see the flashing white light on your controller: either the battery is dying, or the controller failed to connect to your PlayStation 4. Try a different USB port on the PS4 you may need to fully charge your controller.
