My Bluetooth wont let me turn it on and only shows the gray swirling circle but no turn on or off switch. Just had a new screen put on today.
Sounds like a soft-reset is in order. Hold down your Power button, and your Home button, until the iPhone resets itself. This can happen when the screen is replace while the iPhone is still on.
