I recently got a supersonic 10.1 sc1022kb 32gb tablet pc with windows 10 from Independece University & it wont turn on even after i fully charged it! Please help!
There should be a sticker on the back of the tablet that has the # for their IT Help line. I am using the same tablet from IU right now and it works fine. Since you are enrolled in IU you should be able to go to the Canvas student page and it will also give you the number. I tried posting the number for you but this site won’t let me.
oh one other thing, which you probably already tried, but when you turn it on you have to hold down the power button until the screen lights up. It will not turn on if you just give the button a quick push, you have to hold it.
I picked one of these up for $40 as it would not boot up. After reinstalling windows it worked fine… for a total of 3 days. The next issue was with the screen, although until it was docked with the key board I thought it was a power issue. The lit up power light on the keyboard told me it was not an issue with power. After purchasing a micro HDMI to full HDMI i was able to see it on the monitor, where upon it told me that once again windows would not boot, “please install operating system”.. At this point i decided to do a factory reset via the android command power+vol up hoping that would reset the screen and possibly whatever the issue was with the drive where windows should be installed.. after doing a factory reset the screen still did not work and it then would not do anything at all except allow me to get to the bios like menu to select boot device, run secure boot, setup etc. no matter which option I select it never moves forward from that point. I’m glad i only paid $40. I have resolved/repaired software and hardware issues on Surface Pros, Tablets, Smart Phones, Laptops, all in ones, all sizes and form factors of desktops… never have I been this frustrated with a device.
