this was brand new still in the box. ive used it maybe 10 times. was working perfectly. Now it wont turn on . at all.
Confirm the ff: [] was the device dropped, got in contact with liquid. [] was the battery drained (not charged regularly)? [] Does it charge? (does the charging indicator light on? does the screen light up?) if yes keep charging it for about 30mins. let us know what you have found.
