I spent hundreds on this thing when I bought it at Target and wouldn’t you know it, right after the warranty expired, it stopped working. And I hardly used it! My local vacuum repair tells me Samsung won’t sell them parts. Is there anywhere where I can get this fixed - I want to sell it!!!
In all honesty,it’s hard to find people to repair this stuff. You could ask Samsung directly if they would repair or swap it for a replacement at a fee. It it is likely a power issue if it doesn’t power on. You’re sure it’s not a bad charger or damaged right? I’d check that first. But if it is the vacuum itself,I’d ask Samsung about those options.
