I have a m horse n9000 very similar to the note 3. Had the phone on once now it won’t charge or turn on. Will someone please help
This will work even if the phone will not power up try this and I do this every six months just to reset this setting. Solution: Turn the phone off. Remove the battery. Wait 10 seconds. Plug in the charger. Insert the battery. Turn on the phone.
We have had trouble too so I went looking online. Found this: http://www.askmefast.com/Why_wont_my_sam… Seems to be a common problem. I went to Samsung site and chatted with an agent who didn’t have a clue. Don’t bother. Several people at that link above found that the geeky dude fix there worked for them. Worth a shot.
my samsung galaxy is not able to charge
my note is fully charged however every time i turn it on. all it does is display the samsung in the middle of the screen and stays there. eventually the phone gets so hot that the only thing to do is turn it back off.. help
